  • The existing controls are shown at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/windows.ui.xaml.controls.aspx.  Although not available right now, you will likely see plenty of third-party controls coming out as we get closer to launch.

  • And how it is about license and formal aspects using a 3rd party control? Assuming that our App will be present in the Windows Store, then we have a commercial usage of 3rd party? Am I right?

  • Hi,
    You can search for any open source chart in Xaml (Don't forget to look at the licence), if it in WPF or Silverlight just need to change the libraries names so you use it in Windows 8 .  but if the chart was in dll you won't be able to use it in Win8 Xaml.
