  • How to block an Application/Applications from execution in Windows XP Professional?
    For example Yahoo Messenger, Windows Live, MSN, Googletalk etc.

    First of all iwould like to say thanks

    "Mr. Li My Intention is i don't want to allow user/users (Although User has an administrator right) to use Any messenger application at all."

    Could you please explain ‘block’ a little more? Kill the process when the application is running or do not allow them start together with the system?

  • You can take a look at Environment.OSVersion http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.environment.osversion.aspx You can't use this to tell the difference between XP home/pro afaik. Paul
