  • Hello MS,

Do you use the TFS proxy in a non-trusted environment?

      1. In a trusted environment

Team Foundation Server Proxy computer's domain has one way trust to Team Foundation user's domain

Team Foundation application-tier server's domain has one way trust to Team Foundation Server Proxy service account domain

Team Foundation Server Proxy computer's domain one way trust to Team Foundation Server Proxy user account domain

     2. Using TFS proxy in a non-trusted environment

     1) Create local accounts on Proxy that matches (both username and password should match) the credential provided by TFS clients

     2) Create a local account on TFS AT that matches Proxy service account(both username and password should match) and add this account to “TFS Valid Users” group

      Hope these help.
