  • Basically this means an exception has thrown from application zune.exe of version  2.1.888.2 in method 7b, IL offset 82 of assembly ZuneShell. The name of the exception is System.NullReferenceException.

I would suggest that you can fire up the debugger and attach to the application and find out what is wrong. Using a debugger is much easier than just looking at this information.

This usually happens when a dependency can't be found.

I would recommend using the FUSLOGVW tool (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/e74a18c4(v=vs.100).aspx) to find the assembly that can't be found.

Set the options to "Log All Bind Failures", delete all entries, run your app, refresh and look at the assemblies that are listed. Double-click on each assembly that failed to load and the log entry will tell you where the CLR was expecting to find the assembly (it tries the GAC, the directory the application launched from, and a couple other locations.)
