I am having problems moving a Visual Studio 2005 solution. The solution I want to move is in a folder C:\Websites\MySolution. This folder contains the .sln and .suo files as well as all the projects in that solution. I've copied the MySolution folder to C:\Code so that I now have a new solution folder C:\Code\MySolution.
Here's the problem. While I can open the solution in C:\Code\MySolution, when I try to delete the old C:\Websites\MySolution folder, I get an "Access Is Denied" message no matter what I do. I inspected the Properties for this MySolution folder and unchecked the "Read-Only" (with cascading downward) property but that hasn't made a difference.
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I'd really like to get rid of the old solution folder and all its files.
