    I found the error message:

    [21C8:21CC][2013-04-07T18:53:42]: Error 0x80070005: Failed to write run key value.
    [21C8:21CC][2013-04-07T18:53:42]: Error 0x80070005: Failed to update resume mode.
    [21C8:21CC][2013-04-07T18:53:42]: Error 0x80070005: Failed to begin registration session.
    [21F8:21FC][2013-04-07T18:53:42]: Error 0x80070005: Failed to begin registration session in per-machine process.

    0x80070005 means access is denied.

    Please have a look at this page http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968003

    Please make sure of the following things:

    • Make sure you are using a Admin account. That means you should have full permission to install this product.
    • Please make sure AV software has been disabled and you haven't been prevent by firewall.
