How to convert from PDF to Word document

    Question

  • Hi guys, this is doing my nut in, and i'm not even convinced that editable is a real word, but hey.
    I've done this before successfully, but for the life of me i can't remember how.
    I want to convert pdf files to word documents that can be edited and changed etc.
    Hope that makes sense.
    Any help would be gratefully received.
    Thanks

  • 1.Open the PDF file in a reader, for example in standard Adobe Reader.

    2.Switch to the text selection tool.

    3.Select the desired part of the text and copy it to the clipboard.

    4.Run MS Word or any other editor and paste the text into it.

    This is the simplest way to work out converting PDF to Word.

    Maybe what mentioned above is not useful for you, i personally share you with a article about How to convert PDF to Word , you just need to follow the easy guide.

  • Of course, copying from PDF to Word document is a feasible and commonly performed method of people. But it’s lame when there are many pages to go and you will definitely wreck formatting. And for protected PDF files, you will not be able to copy from them.

    So if your file is not created from images pr scanner, you just convert PDF to editable word with a PDF Converter. It will remove the permission password to execute converting and batch process multiple pages easily and keep integrity of content from original PDFs.

  • Hi JongYouer! You can try to use "PDF Focus .Net" for this. I think this library will help you to do what you want :)

    Maybe code will be helpfull:

                //Convert PDF file to Word file
                SautinSoft.PdfFocus f = new SautinSoft.PdfFocus();
    	    	string pathToPdf = @"G:\text and graphics.pdf";
                string pathToWord = @"G:\Result.rtf";

                f.OpenPdf(pathToPdf);

                if (f.PageCount > 0)
                {
                    int result = f.ToWord(pathToWord);

                    //Show Word document
                    if (result==0)
                    {
                        System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(pathToWord);
                    }
                }
