     In addition to William's,

     We can use the ImageBrush.

      Here is a sample:

      <Canvas>
                <Canvas.Background>
                    <ImageBrush ImageSource="office.jpg">
                        
                    </ImageBrush>
                </Canvas.Background>
    </Canvas>
