I've practically tried everything on the forums and it didn't work so here I am posting this.
I've disabled my AV, %temp%, command prompt, all that stuff but no...

If still no avail, I would suggest you to try Windows Update forum. I believe that Windows Update experts might be helpful on your concern.

If you search the MSDN forums for error quoted above, you'll find several potential solutions in addition to the one above.
