How can I make my own icons?

    Question

  • I know how I can construct an icon setting point by point, but that isn't what I want. I want to use a bitmap file or a jpeg -is easy to convert an jpeg to an bitmap- and built an icon that looks like this picture.

    Can someone help me?

you can create icon in vb.net using image but the problem is that the icon can only be use within .net project because icon class in .net does not have icon encoder. So any icon you created within icon class will not be recognized by Windows as valid icon format. There is .net icon encoder library on the web that you can use to make your icon created a real icon format

If that what you want, take it. If not, ignored it and no complain
