attach disk from two storage accounts.

Question

I have a simple question. I have two storage accounts both in east asia. one is geo replication enabled and other is not. I have one virtual machine in my geo redundant account. I have some data that is not much imported. I want to store it in to non geo redundant account. I am trying to attach a new empty disk to vm. But i am unable to do so. 

Is it possible to to attach disk to one virtual machine from two different storage accounts ?

Hi,

I've tried to upload image and disk from different Storage account (in the same Azure subscription), i can create new image or disk from another storage account, and it works fine.
