Adding UDF Entry to Excel Function Wizard

Question

What is the VSTO 2005 recommended practice for creating managed add-ins and then making the functions/subroutines in them available in the Excel Function Wizard or <Tools><Macro><Macro> dialog box.  It was a clunky implementation as an Automation Add-in in VSTO 2003.  I am looking for something better in VSTO 2005

To my knowledge VSTO 2005 doesn't provide additional functionality with respect to making functions/subroutines available within the Excel Function Wizard.
