Can you provide your error details here?
Or you can use http://aka.ms/vscollect to gather logs. After using it, you can find vslogs.cab from %temp% folder. Please upload the file to
https://skydrive.live.com/ . Then when you right click the file your will get a "Share option".
Additionally, if you are using ISO format please check the checksum of the ISO first.
