When I run the "Status on All Iterations" Report für any project no bugs are shown in the bugs column of the report.

All bugs are assigned to an iteration but they do not show up in the report.

    What can be wrong?

    Hi Wolfgang,

    Thanks for your post.

Maybe it because that after you updated the Bugs’ Iteration field, the Warehouse and Analysis Service DB have not synchronized(1hr by default), you can review the Report after it refreshed or you can manually process the Warehouse and Analysis Service, please refer to: http://blog.accentient.com/2010/04/08/ManuallyProcessingTheTeamFoundationServer2010DataWarehouseAndAnalysisServicesDatabase.aspx.

Additionally, you ensure there have Bug work items in this Team Project and theirs Iteration value match the Iteration column in Status on All Iteration report.

I'm facing the same problem. Following the steps suggested by John did not work.

Notice that the report "Bug status" runned with parameter (iteration xx) shows the associated bugs correctly so I don't think is a Warehouse problem since I guess all the reports read from the same cube.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you.

Same here. Would be great to get a solution.

We ran into the same problem and found a solution. For this solution you need to install Microsoft SQL Server Report Builder. I used version 3.0 as we have an SQL2008 report server.

Install Report Builder, connect to your report server (i.e. http://host/ReportServer_SQL2008/) and open the report. Make a backup copy if you're not sure what you're doing.

Select one of the two <<expr>> items in the bugs area where the problem lies. You should see a "Chart Data" box to the right hand side. Click the "drop down" icon next to "Series1" (see picture below).

Choose "Change Chart Type..." and just reselect the chart type that is already selected (100% Stacked Bar) and click OK. You will notice that Report Builder automatically removes the "X Value" rows from the Chart Data. I'm not sure what these are good for, but if you run the report now, it should be fixed.

    Hi John,

thank you for your post, but that does not help.

All bugs are assigned to a Iteration (entry in Iteration field) and the Analysis Service is synchronized.

I think the problem could be the one described by Martijn Stolk.

I tried his suggestion but it does not work that way on my system.

I tried to open the report for editing with ReportBuilder 3 but RB3 does not connect to my report server.

I can open the report for editing with ReportBuilder 2 but the display does not look the same as the screenshot in Martijn Stolks Post.

How can I do that with ReportBuilder 2?

Is there a fixed version of the Report available somewhere?
