Does PowerPivot for Excel support importing OData service metadata?

Hi,

An OData feed supports getting information about the structure of the feed through the $metadata action, e.g.: http://services.odata.org/OData/OData.svc/$metadata

When importing a feed, however, PowerPivot does not seem to use this data. You have to manually define all the relationships again in the PowerPivot window itself. Is there a way to get it to do this?

Hi Erik, unfortunately there is no automatic support for this in PowerPivot, you will need to manually define relationships.
