Page Refresh & Document Library

Question

Hi,

We are having a Document Library Link on the Page and When the End User will Write something to the Document Library and then Closes the document library, we have observed that Sharepoint Automatically refreshes the page.

Is there any same solution for the Page which is out side the Sharepoint.!!?
