CQWP returns Site Column GUID instead of Internal Name after migration

Hi all,
We are currently migrating our Collaborative sites from Sharepoint 2007 to 2010. We used to have Content Query Web Part on the 2007 sites which works fine but since we migrated to 2010 the CQWP is returning the site columns with the GUID instead of the Internal Name (for the file url for instance). As the XSL is referencing the site column internal name, it doesn't shows the column values any more.
Here is a screenshot of the 2007 version:
And here is a sample for a migrated site:
Is there a way to make the CQWP return the Internal name as well for migrated site instead of GUID's without editing all CQWP from all migrated sites ?
Kind regards,
