Cannot install MSF-Agile+SDL Process Template v5.0 to TFS 2010

Sharepoint version is 2010
OS is Windows Server 2008 R2

Hi Tianfei, it looks like the installer can't find the stsadm.exe on your system that it needs to use to make changes to the Sharepoint configuration. Can you tell me if it is present on your system, and if so, where?

How did you manage to resolve this issue? I'm now facing the exact same error message (probably the same issue as well).
In my case, the STSADM is in <C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\BIN> and I also added it manually to system PATH.
Still, I get the same error as above (I also disabled UAC just in case it was MSI custom action/permissions/elavation-related, but id did not help)
