Project Server 2007 - closing the project schedule getting "would you like to close the virtual master project?"

Question

Opened project schedule in Project Pro 2007 while closing pop window "would you like to close the virtual master project?"

  This message is coming for some users. Not sure why this getting.

Any help is appreciated.

Has this project been inserted into another one? Check Project Dependencies to see if there's a relation to another project as a Master Project.
