@microsoft.com accounts cannot log into application.

Question

I'm enabling live authentication on a cloud application we are developing for Microsoft. What I want to do is enable a user with a microsoft.com live account access to the application. However, when entering a microsoft.com account, you're taken to a different login page and after you enter your credentials, you are given a message that states "Sorry, we cannot sign you in to this service with your @MICROSOFT.COM ID."

Hi Chong, there is a specific process to allow Microsoft applications to use @microsoft.com Live IDs for authentication.  Please open a support ticket here.
