    Once the Debugger Canvas is installed, if the file containing the code that is being debugged is open in the text editor, then normal debugging happens.  This has been noted by others and is not a problem, except:  When stepping through code in the text editor as normal, no tool tips with the values of the variables are available.  This makes debugging unusable in this state.

    Thanks for reporting this.  Can you verify that you are hovering over variables that are in the scope of the currently active stack frame?  The currently active stack frame is the one highlighted in the Call Stack tool window and highlighted in yellow.

    I have this issue too. Variables are in scope. Uninstall fixes it fortunately.
