We are happy to announce that Microsoft now offers paid support for WebsitePanel.
To open a support ticket, please follow the link below:

You can either search for WebsitePanel that will redirect you to a support options page, or you may choose Servers and see WebsitePanel listed under Server
Management tools. From there, if you click on the WebsitePanel link, you will get redirected to the support options page.
Please note that
support is only available in the United States at the moment. You still have the ability to open a support incident in other regions, but they will be redirected to the U.S.
