SQL Azure data transfer pricing clarifications

Question

Please can you clarify to outbound data transfer charges will be applicable in the following scenarios:

1. User generates a SQL Server Reporting Services report from data stored in an SQL Azure database?

2. User exports data from a SQL Server Reporting Services report to Excel?

As far as I know,

For scenario 1) If the report server is hosted in the same data-center as the SQL Azure database - then no because data transfer in the same data-center is not charged.

But if you have report server in north-central US and SQL Azure database in South-central US then you'll be charged.
