ACS Management Down or Having Problems?

Question

I’m investigating using ACS , but there appears to be a bug in the portal. After logging in, I go to the Service Bus, Access Control, & Caching section. I select the Access Control from the left menu and create a new service namespace. My current namespace is titled “vb-acs. “ When I select my new namespace and click Access Control Service in the Manage Access Control menu at the top of the page I get the following error. I have tried with several different regions (US-South, Euro-North, Asia-East) and names (vb-acs, vb-euro, vbtestered) but they all produce the error. I can duplicate the error in Chrome and IE. My internet options are set to the default configuration. I am running Win7 Pro. I am not running within a VM. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or have a possible solution?

Here i find a similar threads about your issue, ACS required you use administrator use to login Azure Management Portal, if you use a co-admin account may lead this issue:
