How to add a new option when selecting multiple mailItems to do a custom action on them? (See screenshot, Plz)

Hi all,
As you see in the screenshot below; I want to add a new action to the right click menu when selecting mutliple mailItems. I want to apply a custom action on them. Anyone have any idea about doing that?
