Export Report Decimal Format In Excel

Question

Dear All,

I have Exported One Report to Excel From My code With all formatted Text & Decimal Format (3 Places . 3000.000) , With out the Excel DLL, Now The Problem is that When I Open the Report in Excel it Shows Only Two Decimal Places i.e (3000.00), I have Traced that Everything is fine with code. Still I m not able to trace out the decimal issues.
