Don is giving a talk at Chicago FUDG on his use of ActiveVFP in one of his projects:

"Our May 8th meeting at Chicago FUDG will feature Don Higgins -- one of the most successful VFP developers anywhere. Here is Don's message:
I am going to go over ActiveVFP and how to make VFP work easily on the web. Tips and tricks I learned when my company was asked to make one of my programs available on line.

There will be samples of simple web programming, and even some Javascript examples.

I design not only Drag Racing software but work with Honda and Acura dealerships all over the country designing sales manager systems. We were asked to create some of the same capabilities on line for consumers to use. I did this whole project in one month and it is 100% VFP driven.

That would be nice.  However, I'm not organizing the meeting or even going to be there!

It would be really nice if a video were available at some time even if it weren't live or maybe a month afterward (to encourage membership).

God forbid SWFox would devote some time for this.  Seems most of their sessions are moving people to new tech instead of taking the Fox forward...   I say FoxPro w/jQuery, FoxPro with jQuery Mobile, and RESTless MVC FoxPro goodness for everyone!!  The Fox RULES!!!!

I am also in to watch the video and was trying to contact Randy at the given website, afaik - no mailadress to be found, so mailed to Bill Drew, who's mail address is to be found on the Chicago site.

encourage others who are not able to visit Don's presentation to do so also.

For SWFox, we can only choose from the sessions people submit to us. I don't think anyone has ever submitted a proposal for a session about using ActiveVFP.
