Error msg in VB2010 - help please

The above error is strange, Why is it looking in a temp folder for this? Where do I go to change the location to a legitimate location. I have the files in c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v4

Welcome to the MSDN forum.
If you want to solve your issue, please check whether there is this file in that folder firstly.
I just wondering in which code caused this issue? Or have you created the module in VS and moved the module file to other place.
If the Module is the specific one VS can’t find, you can add it again with following steps: right click the application name in Solution Explorer-> add ->Existing Items…-> chose the file.
