How to generate or create AdventureWorksDW2008R2 from AdventureWorks2008R2?

Have a look at the installation guide:

This creates the DW db objects and loads the dimension and fact data from .csv files.

Sample packages to refresh the DW from OLTP are available at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms160706(v=SQL.90).aspx however I'm not sure if there are equivalent packages for 2008R2 (some different structures and data types).

Could you please let me know where can I find the mapping documents for AdventureWorksDW2008R2 from AdventureWorks2008R2? which will eloborate source column/table in OLTP for each dimension or fact column/table and there transformation.
