Denali CTP3: Reporting Services Service Application Not Showing in SP2010

Hi,
I followed the instructions that Andrew Fryer laid out in the following deck: https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=4f64dede96b64a16&group=0&sc=documents#!/view.aspx?cid=4F64DEDE96B64A16&resid=4F64DEDE96B64A16%21845
From his blog posting: http://blogs.technet.com/b/andrew/archive/2011/08/19/installing-denali-ctp3-how-hard-can-it-be.aspx
However, when I go into SP2010 Central Admin | Manage Service Applications | New, SQL Server Reporting Services Service Application is not an option. At this point though there is no indication why not. How do I determine why SQL Server Reporting Services Service Application is not showing as an option? I've tried installing several different ways each with the same result. All help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Check this post from my friend Prash http://blogs.msdn.com/b/prash/archive/2011/07/01/do-not-see-the-ssrs-shared-service-in-ca-after-installing-ssrs-quot-denali-quot-sharepoint-mode.aspx and let me know if it works for you.

If your issue is the same as the "You do not see the SQL Server Reporting Services service in SharePoint CA after installing SSRS "Denali" CTP in SharePoint mode." and you have already tried the Power Shell commands; try the following:
- Restart IIS on the Central Administration host server. (Especially important in multi-server farm situation) I ran the powershell commands but they didn't actually make it show up in the CA.
