    is your dbserver seperated from your indexing server by a firewall?  And do you have DNS available to all servers on the farm?  Looks like you're getting connection timeouts when you crawl.

    Also, in your content crawl source, are you able to crawl the default zone using a FQDN?

    there is no firewall between index and db server. And yes we do have DNS available to all servers on the farm.
    yes the people search works fine

    In your content source, are you referencing the URL of the default zone for the web application?

    Yes we have site http://my.companyname.net and in content source we have http://my.companname.net and sps3://my.companyname.net

    On the Index Server, does the Web Application working locally? It's better to index from a local Web Application install on the index server. Make sure in the Windows Hosts File the DNS point locally and not to another Web front-end or even more through a Load balancer.

    Well we don't had any entry in the host file and i guess.... it is not required as the environment is based on dns. 
    However i just put the entry and did the full crawl but still on same page...:(
