Does the RDS4 bring any changes to the CCR library?

There are no major changes. From memory, there are a few new extension methods but that is all apart from a couple of bug fixes.

There is a new DLL that can be used with Silverlight, e.g. if you wanted to use CCR in a Windows Phone 7 app.

We will document the changes for the final release.
