SCOM 2012 Landscape report (PDF)- Dundas chart disappear

    Question

  • Hi,

Trying to get reports in landscape layout (PDF format) using SCOM 2012 & SQL 2008 Reporting Services.

When the page setting is changed from potarait to Lanscape on SQL reporting services, the dundas chart disappears.

Any option to keep the dundas chart intact and still get reports in Landscape.

    Regards

    Nuni

  • Hi Nuni,

You can place the Dundas chart in a rectangle and check the issue again. If it doesn’t work, try to adjust the width and height of the PageSize settings. For example, if you have set the width to 8in and height to 6in, try to set the width to 11in, and height to 8.5in.

    Hope this helps.

  • Hi Ramesh,

    Thanks for your posting.

The root cause can be that the Dunsetup.exe is not running on the Reporting Services server. To resolve the issue, please run the Dunsetup.exe from Microsoft Configuration Manager\bin\i386\DUNSETUP.Exe folder.

    Hope this helps.
