    1) What is the structual difference between sql server cluster 2005 and sql server cluster 2008?
    2) Steps for upgradtion/patching on both active/active and active/passive cluster nodes?
    3) What is the differnce between Clustering and Alwayson high availabily in sql server 2012?
    4) Common issues in clustering and how to fix it?

1 - How SQL 2005 & SQL 2008 operates when Clustered, I'm not sure there is much difference - There are more differences between Clustering between Server 2003 and Server 2008

2 - Normally apply the patch to the passive node, failover and apply the patch to the new passive node

3 - This is a huge topic and - AlwaysOn leverages the Clustering technology without the need for shared storage

4 - This requires lots of research and LOTS of testing to uncover the nuances of Clustering

    5 - Again, same as 4

Failover clustering is not something you can learn by doing a little light reading, there are lots of things involved in creating a working cluster - The best way to learn is by trial and error.
