I have a SP which run by Production used to take 12 Min. Same databases restored in test server executed on that..time taken 2 min. could you please help me on this?

- Compare the avilable memory, server load, blocking, database size & data in tables on both servers
- genrate the execution plan for SP on both server & compare the same as well

i checked compare to test server production having more memory 50GB more in Production.
Database size and data almost same, i took backup from prodcution and then restored in Test server.
Server load : Server load is more compare to Test server. Test server is ideal server.
Avalible Memory? SQL Server Memory? compare to test server and Production. Production server memorey 3 GB free.
but i didn't check sql server memory?How can i check that. Could you please guide how to chedk avalible memory for sql server.
i compared both server execution plan almost same. Even DTA recommendations also i followed.
