  • One way is, You can use the DTS import and export wizard to copy the data.

Another way is, Create a linked server and directly write an insert statement to move the data from one table to another table

  • You can generate schema script with data and execute that srcript on another  server.

Right Click Database, Goto Tasks --> Generate Scripts. Follow the wizard and select True for "Script Data" option in "Choose script options" Tab.

  • Hi SSDL,

And a fourth way is to use the command line utility bcp.exe to create
a flat file with the contents of the table, then use either the same
utility or BULK INSERT to read that file in a table on the destination
server. (You must first make the table - you can use SSMS to script
    the CREATE TABLE statement).
