Row Count AFTER Filter has been applied.

    Question

  •

    Is there a way to get a count of all the rows (total) after a filter has been applied at the row level?

    Ie. Revenue has 11 rows but once the 6 blank ones are filtered count the total number of rows. So it should return 5.

Answers

  • Apply filter at the group level and pass tha group name in th eRowNumber

    example

    group by ID with following Filter

    =Expression -> Fields!ID.Value

    Operator->           !=

    Value ->              Nothing

    To Display RowNumber

    =RowNumber("ID_Filter")
