Hide Grid Lines in Tablix

    Question

  • Hi,

Is it possible to completely hide the grid lines in a tablix?  I don't want to show any lines, not even the light gray lines that are shown by default.

    Thanks.

  • Highlight the text boxes within the tablix and in the properties set the Border Color to White, this is set to Light grey by default.

    Hope this helps

  • You can also set all of the Border properties to "None".

  • That is what I had thought also.  I had not noticed originally, but when dropping a tablix onto a new project the borders showed.  I checked the properties and found that the default border is set to none?  The color was set to light grey and until I set this to white the grid lines showed.

  • And guess what? SSRS 2012 still has this issue, proving once again that M$ NEVER fixes any actual issues. You can't get rid of table borders unless you change them to white. How fucking stupid.

  • Worked for me - glad I found this.  It sure seems like this could be taken care of at the tablix level instead of having to do so for each text box inside the tablix.
