  • TeamDirection has an Add In for MS Project that lets MS Project Standard or Professional publish and synchronize tasks with a SharePoint Task List.

    http://www.teamdirection.com/mspaddin/index.html

Only the project manager needs to install this Add In. All other users can see the SharePoint task list with their web browsers, update tasks assigned to them and even add new tasks to the project. IntelliGantt can then gather these updates from the SharePoint site and update the project managers MS Project plan.

  • Anyone have any feedback on which solution they prefer? (TeamDirection vs. Project Publisher)

We're currently in the process of vetting both.

    Thanks,

  • I haven't tried it out yet but considering that there is a promotion going on for Project Publisher for a FREE full license with Project Pro 2007 (offer ending July 31, 2009), it would be a good time to try.

I am recommending a client of mine to try it out and see how they like it.
