js file not updating

Question

Hi,

We are using tfs/vs2008 and the javascripts are read only it seems in debug mode so I can't update the js file and refresh the page.  I can modify the js file but when the software is run it uses the old version.  I have seen others who can't break on the js files but can change them.  Is there a setting to change back and forth that I'm missing?  Also the files have [dynamic] added to the file names when running in debug mode.

Ok, I was just able to change it and save and run with the saved changes.  Now just running it and not changing any setting it has reverted back after I made a few changes to not updating.  Seriously does anyone know what is going on?
