How to register GrayScaleTransform?

I am a newer for MFT and now I am investigating Metro Style Device App for Webcam. There always popup one dialog saying "This operation is only valid in the context of an AppContainer". please give me some advice about how to register this kind of COM interface. Thanks in advance.

Running the following command in BIN directory:

>RegSvr32 GrayScaleTransform.dll

There always popup one dialog saying "This operation is only valid in the context of an AppContainer".
