16 апреля 2012 г. 18:51is this a new installation? i would probably suggest installing the latest SQL Server 2008 service pack. Also, it may be worth a try stopping and restarting the Windows Management Instrumentation service and then trying the config tool again.

If this issue still persists, please click the “Details” button to collect the detail error message for further investigation. In addition, please post the Reporting Services log information to us.

Here's the picture of the 'details' as requested in the thread. I'll work on the log file when I can connect to my clients server.

I finally figured this out - as best as I can tell it was that the client had Chrome as their default browser.Chris
