Do you want to save changes you made to template.dotx? - Dialog box

Hi,
I have installed SharePoint Foundation on my local machine (Windows 7). I have created a site collection. Create a new document in "Shared Documents" library and able to Save fine. But when I try to close/exit the document after save, I am getting the following dialog box.
Do you want to save changes you made to template.dotx?
Is there any setting that I need to do to get rid of this unnecessary dialog box ? Thanks.

Have you enabled content types and are using a custom template?

See if this link help you (it says something to do with "Bluetooth COM add-in"): http://www.msofficeforums.com/word/2574-disable-do-you-also-want-save-changes.html
If not bluetooth, might be worth disabling all 'non-core" add-ins and trying one add-in at a time to rule-out/zero in on a particular add-in.
