How to access View Group Schedule in Outlook 2003

I am working on how to access to View Group Schedule in Outlook 2003 with VB Script.
As you know, Outlook 2003 does not have a group calendar, but you can create/open group schedule using Calendar -> Action -> View Group Schedule. What I need is to use a VB Script(programmatic method) to create/open/delete the Group Schedule rather than use a graphic control.
Because it is Outlook 2003, It does not have the method of .ActiveExplorer.NavigationPane.Modules.GetNavigationModule, what should I do? There must be some ways and I confirm it can be done because it can be synchronized to exchange server and established as calendar group if you open the same account using outlook 2010.
Thank you.
Regards
