Feature Request: Move Server/Repair Tool

Question

Hi

 

this feature has been asked for a long long time.  Will WSP ever get a Repair/Migration tool similar to control panel HELM?  if i wanted to move one/all users from one server to another its a big task with WSP where in helm you simply load a application and the application does all the work for you.

Until the late HELM 3 has this feature.
There should be an urgent priority for that resource websitepanel.
It is not advisable to use websitepanel with countless websites without an automation tool such as ...

I think the import/migration functions are the only thing that keeps people with existing servers from switching to WSP!

I had a server crash recently and restoring everything without this tool was a headache. It should be priority 1.

This should be a #1 feature request. Helm Restore has saved me countless times. A serious control panel should have such a tool.

Going to include such tool in WSP Plus+.

 

Added to the TODO list. This is in the far future. lol Its just simple database moving, zipping, and unzipping files on the new server for the selected user or users.

Hi Everyone

Has there been any progress on this?  I'm struggling to migrate WSP across servers, it looks like a complete manual start again process and that's horrible!

Any update would be great, even if it's just 'it's planned for <date>'
