Migration Guide link points to document, points to itself. where is the actual guide?

Question

RP->RTM migration guide: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winappswithhtml5/thread/63085174-9a64-413f-a67b-a84c9abb7130 - points to .docx - .docx has only link that points to itself:

Where is the actual guide?

The link in the thread is fixed to link to the white paper download rather than to the similar post in the C# forum that does point to the download page. I'm not sure what you mean about the .docx having a link that points to itself. Clicking the "download" button provides the correct file for me.

The problem seems to be that if you open the file in Wordpad then you only see the first page which effectively gives you a link to the web page. So all you get is a self-referencing document. I wasn't aware that this might be because of Wordpad until someone else mentioned a similar problem here:
