Has anyone converted the Document Approval Process example to a MVC Web Service example?

Question

I'm looking to use the Document Approval Process example in a Web application but the example is WPF and ServiceHost.

I started looking at it to see if i could covert it but there's a lot there and I'm not sure what will work with MVC and Web Services.
