Test AppFabric Session State Store

I'm an IIS Admin with no .net programming experience. I'm looking for a very simple tool/program that will create some objects in my cache cluster so I can prove it's working correctly. I've seen some samples from Microsoft but they are in source code and I can't compile them.
I was asked to build an AppFabric Cacheing cluster, but I don't want to say it's ready for testing until I've done a quick smoke test so to speak.
thank you in advance for your assistance.

Why cant you compile the sample apps ?
Visual Studio Express editions should be able to compile the apps for quick test ?

I'm not aware of any sample that is specifically tailored to populate the cache for a smoke test and is available as a binary executable. That said, please consider taking a look at the AppFabric Caching Admin Tool, available on Codeplex at mdcadmintool.codeplex.com. While the application is designed to provide a GUI to administer cache clusters, it does (as far as I can recollect) provide a means to test a cluster setup by adding test data. Please let me know the admin tool that meets your requirements.
