Appcertkit fails on the newly created Blank Metro Application

Question

Hi!

All my metro-style applications including the newly-created Blank Application, fail launch and suspend tests with the following message:

Exception:  Infrastructure Error: Timeout occurred during testing while running C:\Program Files\Windows Kits\8.0\App Certification Kit\..\Windows Performance Toolkit\xperf.exe.  Please consider re-running the test and  avoid interacting with the application while tests are running.

Hi Aliaksandr,

do you have a launchdata.etl file in %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\AppCertKit?  If so do you get any warning dialogs when opening that file (double click on the file in explorer)?
