Question

Hi Guys

               Whenever i create any Work Item , it shows Hundreds of Members in the Assigned to Field.

There are two type of guys in my project.

1. Who can just know/see the Assigned To field
2. Who need to modify/change Assigned to field from specific state to specific state. Mean i want to restrict uses on specific states.

How can i achieve this Goal? Any Option/Way in TFS 2010. Kindly help me out on this.
